I have been a Brown-Phillips Insurance customer for several years now and have found their customer service to be second to none. Their helpful team is always willing to do whatever it takes to make sure I have the information I need and/or the discounts I qualify for. They recently upgraded their technology allowing its customers to electronically sign documents. They did that to improve the way they serve their customers because it makes the paperwork process easier for us to work with. At a time where we are all tightening our belts, I appreciate the extra effort they expend to continue to serve me in the best way they can. I have nothing but high praise for this friendly team of professionals and recommend them to anyone in need of insurance.
