I have been with Brown Phillips insurance ever since I arrived to North Carolina as a student. They were very helpful giving me one less thing for me to care about, my car insurance. At first, with no driving experience in the state they offered me the best price and service. Today, with accumulated driving experience I got a much better price from them, from a different insurance provider.
