Our Great Car Insurance Agent

We recently moved to North Carolina from FL but came after spending a month in MN. We didn't have an apartment picked out yet and called around for insurance quotes while still in MN. When I got in touch with Ashlee, she was more than happy to give me a tentative quote over the phone while still up north. I gave her the zip code we'd be living at in NC and she gave me the information we needed regarding car insurance.

Ashlee was attentive, detailed and knowledgeable and gave me the information over the phone which helped us to make an informed decision about auto insurance once we got settled in NC. No other agency took the time with us and just told us to come in once we're in town.

When we did arrive in NC, we went to visit with Ashlee in person and purchased the car insurance we spoke about. She was professional, courteous and we were in and out of the office with no time. Because of this we so far have been happy with our experience with Brown-Phillips Insurance.
