I was spoiled by the fact that my father was my insurance agent for most of my life. I always received the best service and the best coverage at the most affordable rates. Eventually my father retired and I had to find another agent to take care of my insurance needs. Over the years that followed I've had a wide range of experiences with insurance agents, ranging from bad to worse.... However, Brian Phillips has made me feel like the good old days have returned. I always get prompt replies to my questions, price comparisons, great coverage and great rates. I could not be happier with Brown-Phillips Insurance if my own father were working there. :) It is greatly appreciated!
