Impressions of a good insurance agent

My former insurance agent of many years changed company affiliations and asked us to travel 5 hours round trip to their office ( near our former residence) to re-apply for car insurance.

The alternative was to find a new agent. GMAC was mentioned to us by friends and a call to your company, with its prompt, courteous, professional service filled our needs exactly.

We explained that perhaps we may move in six months, so we needed a policy for that period. You furnished it.

We explained that we would like to deal with your agency by mail and e-mail.
You facilitated those communications.

We requested a first payment through our credit card and the following ones directly from our checking account. You accomodated us.

In short, we have but good impressions of your agency in every aspect of your dealings with us.
